Grade my paper, please.

Scenario, ML startup with a forward looking technology. Bootstrapped, but marquee logos in POV. Solution is something for everyone at some point. Targets and ICPs are many. No real way to distill it. Current GTM is unscalable, 1 person show. Zero budget, good cold outreach tool + Sales Navigator + GPT. Image doesn't show details of persona but they're there.

I know its a draft, but you need to step it up. That looks very high school.

That said, I'm concerned about the "start-up" "bootstrapped" "unscalable" comments. Unless you aren't working for the money, that seems like a VERY high risk scenario.

Concern registered. Appreciate that. I won't deny the risk factor, but I'm extremely tolerant when I'm only counting on me. I'm greedy too. It's got real folks driving it. A couple of spin offs and exits between them. It's only about the money. Last role had 18 direct reports, a SDR manager and that team. Well funded. Was a nightmare. I'm going soup to nuts this time. If the earth gets soggy, I'll scream.

What I get for holding back what's in each sequence. Point well taken. Those calls are cherry pick calls only. Each sequence has them baked in. Was really wondering if I was missing a channel before I get this baked. Or if LI was out of order behind cold email. Ya think?

Next time I go and post a sketch like this, I will clarify the contents of each sequence- or at least what I'm asking. Yeah, there are use case emails and many calls, including 5 x 5 days up front and 1 a week in long term nurture for pretty much life.

What I was looking for grades on - was the channels and order. I'd delete the mess, but too late to clarify.

So they get hit on 3 sequences before any personalization takes place? Or are you depending on GPT to personalize in those sequences?

Unless your prompts are insanely good, you’ll need some manual intervention earlier in (and throughout) the outreach.
