HappyGilmore closed a deal for $25k to the Marketing department

A 2 month deal cycle overall that started with an outbound effort to the CEO, only to get passed to their advisor helping with getting their marketing systems in place, to being passed to their implementation partners.


Aside from being passed around to multiple people throughout the process, they're on a one year deal and likely will renew once they get settled in and are aware of how fast they are growing and can adjust their growth numbers from there.

MarTech is pretty saturated and fairly complex haha, that being said we kind of are in a subgroup within martech with others as opposed to maybe a all-in-one solution.

For my focus (small startups) it is, due to knowing I'll need exec buy-in down the line on deals, doesn't hurt to go to the top and eventually work my way day.
