Has anyone ever used RingDNA now known as Revenue.io?

We're currently implementing a new instance of SFDC and are looking into alternatives to SaelsLoft/Outreach who use Twilio for calling.

We will be going into EMEA and APAC markets and would love any advice you might be able to provide. RingDNA has rebranded and added a lot more features to their platform which seems very interesting. I like the sound of having an engagement platform embedded and integrated within SFDC as it keeps all my reps and AE's working in the same application.

Any thoughts or ideas?

In my experience they are all talk during the sales process and then do not deliver. Difficult to use and unreliable call quality. Not worth the money

my company uses ringDNA and it's awful. It's bad at actually forwarding inbound calls to your cell. You have to call your cell first, then click to dial each number individually in sales force. If you accidentally hang up your cell at the end of a call instead of hang up the dialer you have to start the process all over again. It never actually saves the call disposition in SF like it's supposed to. Any one off calls I just make from my cell now and for heavy outbound dials we use Koncert. RingDNA basically never gets touched.ย

Once you start talking about "embedding" anything into SF, unless you have DEEP pockets, I would run.ย  Gets very expensive very fast.ย  And the likelihood of problems increase exponentially.ย

Its certainly nice to have everything in a single application, but financially it may be more prudent to not go that route.ย

Yeah. Using the basic dialer from them at the moment. It's not great. Doesn't have local numbers for outside of NA so for every other region you'll be calling from UK number. Not ideal for EU. Call quality can be pretty bad at times. Integrates pretty well with SF though. Can't comment on most of the features they advertise on their site because I don't have them.ย

Yep. Definitely would not work well if your market is IT folks.ย
