Previous experience as a salesman in door biz & as a commission base salary sales rep in energy company.
I sort of think the detective was asking about what youโve done in the process so far.
Have 1-2 stories of a complex sales process. Talk through the before, the solution you proposed, and the end result.
Talk through your success too, top performer and highest rev amount to show proof of success

1st phase phone interview & get-to-know you set up.
Hard to provide advice on this since we don't know what you've done and at which stage in the interview process you're at.
Best is to come in prepared - be 5-10 min early, have a few printed copies of your resume, look sharp and clean cut, do a "deep-google" search on the copy, ask some decent questions, be ready with your "tell me about yourself" speech, etc...

I believe that you need to focus on your your goal which is I guess to increase the number of clients your company has and gain more buildings to clean and the best way to achieve it using the sets of skills and experiences you already gained at your previous jobs to verify why you're considered a perfect candidate for the role.
