How do you keep work and personal networks separate?

I personally don't. I enjoy a healthy work culture where people are friendly and invested in each others' lives inside and outside of the office.
Sometimes it can be nice to have your network extend to work and personal. Other times, I want more boundaries.
I try to keep my social media to myself (ie. keeping my Instagram private). My preference is to show up as my best self at work and share personal details as I choose, rather than people going years back into my social media accounts. If they become close friends over a long period of time working together, then I share that side of me with them.

Combine both when it feels right. Take clients to drinks and see if they're not a complete knob
I actually don't mind it as long as both parties are aware of/set-up boundaries
I don't add anyone from my work to my Facebook unless I know they're fellow conspiracy theorists.
I have a few select work friends and colleagues on my social media but absolutely no clients.
