A blind calendar invite to connect. Surprisingly works really well. I do this every few months and run this cadence with a teammate. They act as my admin..Send the first email, the follow up, then I follow up providing value saying my admin will send over time to connect and my teammate darts them.ย

I'm an advocate of having 3 email steps, and 2 dials is like not even trying to reach out to them IMO. It takes like 6-7 dials on average to make your first contact with somebody, and phone is king.

SMB first email then second 3 days later โthoughtโ? And just email 7,000 people once a month. Youโll book 20 meetings a week and GG

Don't forget to add texting to your cadence. No one picks up anymore because of robo calls calling about your car insurance but people respond to texting.ย

To be honest, I have a decent amount of success particularly later on in my sequence as the messaging is a little more direct in terms of "hey does it make sense to talk now?" or along those lines. I spread mine out over almost 2 months so its not 10 touchpoints shoved together in 4 weeks.

Spacing it out makes a lot of sense, how do you keep track of which prospect is in which stage? that must take a lot of organization!

We use Outreach which is probably the easiest way to see which prospect is in what stage (just go into the sequence details). It can be cumbersome at times but gets the job done.

yea we where not getting enough connects and some bigger accounts gave us the feedback that they appreciate the tenacity because they where just simply to busy to get to what they wanted to get due to managing fires all day everyday. so we softened it and spread it outย week 1ย 3 calls 3 emails 3 voicemails week 2ย 2 calls 2 voicemails 2 emails connect and 3 comments on linked in
run 2 batches of 100 contacts each alternating every other day. the goal is to always be disqualifying... 60 percent of accounts won't even be on the list by week 3. any and all spare time at the end of the cycle is spent training on role plays or training them on how to coach other reps as they grownย ย

I've really tried to stick to the "short, sweet & to the point" emails tho.

It starts at Wednesday at 7:00pm with an email.
They are several factors why I start in the middle of the week, one of the most notorious is actually LI requests, I send them on Friday so the prospects have all weekend to accept and I follow up on Monday.

It depends on the purpose of the sequence.ย
If it's a Gone Dark sequence 5-6, maybe less.
If I'm trying to break into a new account, you better believe that shit is 10+ steps.

I'm currenlty at 8 steps for a new sequence, it's working great, but again, I'm reaching out to people who will resell our solution, so it's easier.ย
