How to actually use Bravado to hire?

  1. I'm new to the platform and really enjoying it from a sales community perspective + its very cool way to find opportunities.
  2. I'm in the process of starting a new company that will need sales reps, how do I actually use Bravado to find people who are fit? I know just a post is not allowed? Can someone elaborate?

ps. this is not a subtle job posting dont @ me. Seriously, how do I use bravado to hire?
