- My sales team does not use Salesforce and the AEs bluntly say Nope I won't use it and no consequences.
- I am a manager and have no budget or authority
- The AEs and VP did not know what Hubspot was.
- The AEs wont take calls that we schedule for them because it has to be scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time.
- I told them I want to get Salesloft and they all said what is that? (we use only salesforce and nothing else)
- Refuse to take most international calls even just to explore a possibility
- I went over quota and I am not being paid more.
- I have never seen a more incompetent sales team in my life
- Also my manager the VP wont fire anyone even though a few members havent in quota in over a year and AES wont show up to meetings.
- AEs do not do follow up
- Takes the team a week to reach out to a lead
- Its taken over 6 weeks to figure out how to send a email newsletter about our fundraise
- Also the CEO does nothing to help build out pipeline
- We do not have forecast meetings because no one knows how
- Head of Sales has supply chain background and Head of Marketing has product background
I am truly baffled and have no words about the company I work at.
Only perk is I work probs 8 hours a week (max) and am still paid to do nothing essentially.
