I had a large deal close last month at the End of the month and the way my org works you get "new" revenue from the brands for 30 days that sign up and then you get 335 more days of spend for "gross"
As of today your boy is 300% to goal and my god does it feel good, the reason I say this is because about 120 days ago I was being told to shape up or PIPs were on the table.
So I had a gut punch moment and said fuck it and started doing all the tedious annoying BS your managers probably preach and harp on.
The weird part it started to work for me.
