i love sales advice that presumes you're prospect is as desperate as you are, 90% of attempts at this outside of hot mql's would be no response and a majority of ones that do would be some boiler plate "i just want to see what you can do" buyers are educated they understand they dont want to lay all their cards out for fear of getting taken advantage of by you.
nothing you're going to ask in that email can't be covered in the first 2 minutes of the call and frankly if you're letting them instantly derail your call you need a better process not a limp pre meeting email cadence.
