I do and will hit them however I expect only one more deal to close between now and Dec 31. Our sales cycle is 8-12 months (enterprise public sector). Additionally, burnout is real man, so mindful of that given I went to hard in 2020 and crashed.

Question.. if you blow your quota out of the water, will your management look at that and think "damn, this person is invaluable to our team we need to keep him at any cost?" or "look how easily he hit quota, we need to raise it for next year?"
If it's the first, set a personal goal for how far past quota you can go. If it's the 2nd, sandbag and get deals started for next year.

If I were you, I would start planning personalized gifts for both signed/bought contacts and good leads. I used to work promotional goods and the lead time on solid, personalized gifts was LONG, so if thereโ€™s contacts you have that you really killed it with both closed deals and might close a deal, it would fill time and might tighten up a deal here and there.
