Should get everything you closed. But anywhere they can clawback or anything not paid already they prob wonโt pay you on.
Check your contract and state law. I am based in California and they have a lot of protection for employees as long as you didn't sign your life away.
Yes, they are legally required to pay you for your commissions QTD. You might receive a pro-rated amount depending on when you left the company.
