Logic tests are annoying

Just had to rant. Had to complete a logic and personality test for an SMB AE role that probably pays $130k OTE.

Fucking stupid to spend 45 minutes on a company where they MIGHT interview you.

I understand for an enterprise AE role selling complex ERP, but at the end of the day... this is for some no-name company.

jumping through too many hoops might leave you with not enough applicants and role remains empty

I took a test once for a BDR position and after I got the job they told me that during the process that I my test scores came back that I was "like rocket scientist smart" and asked my reference if they were sure I wanted this job just calling people to set appointments? lol like my ego needed anymore inflated. I'm pretty sure I just scammed the test b/c I have no idea how rockets work :D but I think they are just another thing to be gamed in the interview process...yay job hunts!
