Hey savages! I am working on a new sales books and I want to add some more stories about sales management. Can any of you share stories of great/horrible management practices that you think are really interesting?
EDIT: Kosta just asked a comment and I feel like I was too vague. I am looking for stories that either show brilliance or incompetence from managers. I am thinking about unique times they ruined/saved a deal, how they make training amazing or boring, or possibly times they may have drove away a top salesperson because of their management styles.
