Medical advice!

Hey y'all. I've got 2 days left at this trade show and already painfully hoarse. I've been sipping tea with honey. Any other suggestions for me to survive the next 48 hours??

If it was good enough for my grandmother it's good enough for @braintank

Get a throat fogger/nebulizer at CVS and use it before bed and when you wake up.

Chances are you’re straining your cords when you speak. Support your voice from your gut, and breathe well when you speak. Don’t try and tighten your throat for any impact or tone. Stay hydrated, and lay off the caffeine when you can.

Hot honey and lemon were always my go tos, along with a tea called throat coat (I know I know) lemon echinacea.

I don’t drink, but I bet the hot toddy would do wonders.

I'm a sucker for the vicks vapocool cough drops. That menthol just hits different on the throat. But agree with Gasty...Hot Toddy has always been a go to.

Late to the game but allergy meds = will stop the runny nose, constant ibuprofen = kills the inflammation, vitamin C = for the flu, vicks vapor rub... I find this combo helps with a lot of things. Hope you get better soon

white wine, honey and a few cloves (the spice, not cloves of garlic). Heat that stuff up in the microwave then sip it to behold the miracle.
