Non-tech SDRs, what are your quotas?

Just thinking about entering sales space straight out of college, have read tons about sales. Just wondering what are quarterly quotas for non-tech (consulting, HVAC, etc)? Would be helpful if you tell me how your sales cycle goes as well.

So some things about HVAC out of college as I did the same thing.

-these can be technical roles. It is by no means a requirement to have a technical education, but if this is something you’re uncomfortable with then I might not look here.
-there really isn’t SDRs. There is a combination of inside sales/estimators/project coordinators/project managers depending on the company, product, etc. you will NOT have to make X amount of calls every week like an SDR job.
-as far as commission goes, again very company dependent so if you want to enter this industry I would make sure you ask those questions during an interview process. But I will give an example at least. The company I started with had a base that amount to about 80% of plan. Commission was based on how the entire team performed, since I was inside sales and supported our outside sales team and house accounts. I made between $50-60k right out of college, twelve years ago (not sure what that looks like today). I do know some other companies offered more than this at the time.

Exactly consulting sales is very different from HVAC/construction, vs pharma/drugs, etc. each industry should be considered separately.
