Emailing your work email? Isn't that like a big no-no in the recruiting space?
That's exactly what I'm trying to say. I auto delete but come on if anyone is dumb enough to reply with a "yes lets talk" then you don't want to hire them anyway. lol
Recruiters are basically real estate agents. They just keep showing new people the same product until someone buys.

Most recruiters reach out to me via LI. The ones which email me are generally from India or some such place and its obvious they sent the same email to 1000s.

In my experience, I'm not the kind of candidate they can place, so they tend to avoid me. Nothing personal, it's just business.

I hate how many reach out to me to offer their services. Yes, I am looking to hire 2 AEs. No, Iโll do it with our in house recruiter.
And here I just get the usual Tuesday bombardment of immaterial lead lists and confusing cold emails where I don't know who the company is or what they are trying to sell me. Sigh.
