Only hire 10s - top tier LinkedIn advice

Best advice ever. Simply hire someone with spider-sense to detect problems and do all the work with no equity. If you don't hire 10s then clearly you're not hustle culture certified and therefore useless. 

My only dream is more people making more money for people who would fire them if it was too cloudy outside. If you don't get it you're not a 10. Sorry. 

As a 10 I'm going to go make my boss look good for the week and use my Sunday to prospect / solve problems before they happen while ignoring my family
