I think there are a lot more things that would need to be laid out there for the group to give an opinion on it.

It is definitely more than I made as a BDR/SDR, but that was also a few years back. IF you can live off it and you see it as a stepping stone, then go for it. But give us more details on like market, product, and whatnot.

It is a tech company that sells cybersecurity software, I didn’t ask attainment % but it is definitely something I’m going to ask in my next interview.

Are you right out of college? What is your experience at this point?

What is the attainment %?

Tbh that’s the average of what most companies pay in London U.K especially a start up. So to answer your question it depends on a few things - how many years work/sdr experience do you have, are you straight outta uni? These are all things to consider.

Where is it the role?
What experience are they bringing in?
What is the industry average for comparison?
How reasonable is $20k variable?

To answer your guys’ questions….
I am going into it with 0 SDR experience nor degree, but I just thought I’d get some opinions but you all definitely gave me a few questions to ask!

Saw you mentioned you have no experiences nor college degree.

With that context, I think it’s fair… BUT, check on RepVue if the org is listed AND try to negotiate higher comp once you get an offer.
