Outside Rep- Networking Groups that actually get you deals?

Working to build a territory from scratch in the PEO space with no inbounds and very little marketing support. PEO= payroll/HR/benefits and overall employee cost control for business with ~5-250 employees. 

Outside of the cold-calling and door knocking hustle - any of you outside savages have advice on professional networking groups that are actually worth the time investment? Already involved with the big local chamber that is starting to pay off- but need way more good leads.

They call me Daddy, Sales Daddy
Local BBB groups, Chambers of Commerce, Rotary Clubs, Angel investing groups.... just off the top of my head.

I would network with CPAs, usually most Payroll companies have a sales org dedicated to selling via CPAs

Random, but maybe: Independently O & O, RV dealerships are a sleeper. Their GMs typically do payroll and hate it. You get into one, referrals are way easy. They all have this thing called 20 groups- a best practice running dialogue between 20 of them at similar sales volume. Walk in to one of them. I bet you get a receptive audience. They’re friendly too- not like retail auto.
