What exactly are you asking? Working for a company like this? A product you need?

I think it’s a mistake to outsource this part of your business. Firstly, business development is becoming increasingly central to business. Secondly, business development is a great getting channel to other departments such as AEs.

I think there's a few posts that talk about this if you check the search bar.

I will say that no company I've worked for who leveraged leadgen firms was ever happy with the results.

InsideOut Solutions is great! Many Fortune 500 clients. Great training. Real cadences that work and get meetings. Lots of return and long term customers

I wouldn’t start down this route. If you are too early to build out an SDR/BDR function (which you likely are at Series A) then I would look to influencer type individuals to literally arrange meetings with their network. You can typically pay them a percentage of any closed deal, sometimes they will want a fee per qualified meeting and sometimes a bit of equity.

Hold off on the equity until they have proven themselves…maybe use it to incentivise a great result.

hello Trent, the biggest two players in the industry are Callbox(my company lol) and Science, both of them have experience in SaaS and could prob give you a case study for your vertical if you ask them.

benefits:-they will both filter your ideal customer profile, and target accounts accordingly, and both give you a data analyst/researcher for your campaign

-you can ask them to book meetings with certain requirements, For example, I want companies that use X or Y software, once those requirements are met then we book the appointment.

-both companies will provide you with the number of outreaches they made, and both can integrate with your CRM.

Cons: the biggest con is not actually the language barrier as some people said, language is filtered quite heavily in these companies. the biggest con is that none of them promise a precise amount of appointments, just a number of activities(call, email, LinkedIn), but most of the time you get meetings.

if you have any questions, or if you want to have a meeting to see if they are what you are looking forfeel free to reach out!

Yes. Nowadays with email deliverability and cost of running an SDR team, I think it makes a lot of sense to outsource outbound outreach. My recommendation is find a niche agency who specializes in your industry/persona. Ask for a few customers you can talk to.
How I do it is we have a shared inbox, so they do the cold outreach, but if someone wants to learn more or book a meeting, we pass it to the AEs in-house.
