As long as you are able to reach contacts during their regular business hours (or slightly earlier/later for the cell phone numbers) you should be good to go. Also itโ€™s a USA based role, so youโ€™d be working in those times zones.

Do you want all the posts, etc., to vanish if someone leaves/is banned? Some of the content is really good and gaping holes in the community would be hard to sort out.
I guess if I personally really wanted to take my ball and go home, I could methodically go through and delete all my posts. But unless a poster was profane or needed more than the banhammer, I think the contributions should remain.

I can think of one poster who was banned, but who had a long run of interesting posts prior to whatever happened. I wouldn't want those to disappear.
I mean, if for some reason you got banned, all that great advice you've given out would just *poof* disappear. What a loss.
I'm not saying there's a wrong answer here, it's just something to consider. The vast majority of bans have been for very good reasons, and nothing of value has been lost.
