Pathrise - Anyone have experience using them?

Does anyone have any positive/negative experiences working with Pathrise to land a better job?

I actually used to work for them. I would not recommend them to anyone outside STEM. Even then, as a last resort. An ISA in this economy just means garnishing an unstable wage in the midst of layoffs.
My only advice, read the fine print, proof the read the contract and ask hard questions. They pretty much prey on people who don't know any better.
If you're in Sales, it's worthless.

To add to this, when I worked for them the standard ISA contract takes 8-11% of your annual income once hired for the year. That number may have changed since. They are very choosy on who actually gets into the program. However, getting hired isn't a guarantee per se. It's like a sales funnel, but b2c, where you're evaluated based off your skills and what the industry "experts" think.
The sales track was some VP who was a BDR a while ago, but we're all in sales here, so to pay to be in sales makes 0 sense seeing as how you're already a BDR. Lmk if you have any other questions.
