Performance Index Question

sup salty sales dawgz - I was wondering if there was an option to calculate a performance index for a sales manager? 

options that exist currently are AE-specific and requires you to enter deal info but was curious to know if there's an option that looks at team performance or measures management KPIs as opposed to individual contributor KPIs.

You haven't created any dashboard on SF or you don't use SF?

Yep we have dashboards on SF, the question was more so around the capabilities of entering this data into the Bravado Performance Index. It seems like it’s mainly tailored for AE data entry (deal info, etc).. but Im wondering if there will ever be an option that can index your performance against other sales managers.. if that makes sense?

Everything from Bravado is for SaaS AEs. I doubt that will change any time soon. They claim its because its all the firms they recruit for are interested in. I call bullshit on that, as someone who completely changed industries which were entirely unrelated. 

If you're actually decent at recruiting (or selling for that matter), you can sell a good candidate regardless of background. It's simply another form of objection handling. 

Take this place for what it is - somewhere to blow off steam, have a laugh or get some tips from GOATs (who are not compensated in any way for their advice, other than the commission points gained).
