Picking the right company

Do you guys use Linkedin insights to evaluate a sales opportunity at a company?

Like you can see the sales team growth rate, new job posts growth rate, average tenure etc. Whats the best way to analyse this? To make sure you dont end up at a freaking sweat shop or end up wasting your time!!!!

I have used it in the past when searching and I think it's a good resource when combined with other sources such as RepVue or Glassdoor.

RepVue, GlassDoor, Interview process, ask to talk to a rep there. SalesGPT should have some good info for you (in the search bar) on the right questions to ask.

Yeah I use that and I also track the job posting to see if they are further expanding into the dept I sell into.

Definitely. I just check the employee growth and amount of employees and key contacts usually

I usually look to see if they had any layoffs in the last year or so. That's the main benefit it seems to bring.
