PTO Policies

My company has unlimited PTO and people seem reluctant to take time off. How do I make sure it’s not seen as I’m taking too much time off compared to the others? No issues with hitting quota or targets.

I’ve worked at companies that gave unlimited and those that gave 10-20 days and preferred the limited amount. The “unlimited” days I tried to take off were never approved...

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
You're in a tougher spot as a BDR. As a more seasoned AE, I just straight-up refuse to let people reject my PTO.

This has been discussed in other threads on WR but unlimited PTO is a trap designed to make you take less PTO. I'd say you're fine with a couple weeks. ALSO, if you get grief for taking vacation, know that this isn't a place you should plan on working for an extended period of time.

Take the time you want and focus on your goals and targets. As long as you're hitting your numbers you should not feel bad about taking time off. Do you!
