Q2 looks super busy so far :) lots of demos, opportunities and I`m trying to filter out the bad apples so I don`t get overwhelmed by prospects who are overqualified :)

I`m expecting 2 sizeable contracts to close by June, which will put me at around 80% quota for the year. One of the- it`s a year-long cycle already, the other just came in super hot 2 months ago.

I`m the Enterprise HrTech space. We get a lot of these teams coming from large enterprises just doing initial research and just want to see a demo. No budget, no timeline, just "seeing what`s out there". So yeah, a lot of these, but very few are ready to by at the end of the cycle (a typical cycle is around 6 -9 months).

My quarter ends at the end of this month. 3 weeks left sitting at 99.79%, would fucking love to bounce back from my lay off in December to hit my first Quota at the new gig.

Q2 is going to be a mix ofโ€ฆ.

1. Getting customers to do what they said they would in Q1
2. Keeping internal inefficiencies on my side from fucking up those commitments
3. Reviving or closing out what is left in my pipe after closing the good ones
4. Keeping my foot down for two or three Q2 closes that ramp rev fast
