re: Outbound Prospecting [part 4]

Never try a breakup email with a prospect you haven't established a relationship with.

Like this BDR did with @sahil

Your prospect would rather off themselves than reply with a 1,2,3.

It’s different, but if it doesn’t work, it’s not a good email.

It was different when someone came up with it years back. Now, it's just thrown off everywhere without rhyme or reason.
The overall structure is nice. Reduces friction. Making it easy for the prospect to reply to you with a 1/2/3.
But the content is just garbage here. Especially for a cold lead who hasn't ever responded to you / hasn't even ever visited your website - basically isn't a lead.

YESSSS!!! im so inline with this.

i just think that if ppl wanted to respond, they would have. To send them an email to "break up" with them when we all know we will still call them again in a few months is terrible.

I guess I've missed this particular outreach.
Agreed about the content - there isn't any. And no reason to respond at all.

Even as someone who's been in sales for awhile...I love this prospecting series.

Ever changing environment.

Emails are extremely hard to send cold to healthcare facilities today versus 5 years ago.

Much appreciated on this series @Gastyand @sahil

It would really work you know if you do it with the right set of audience with the right context.

Id love to experiment with this on the next outbound i do to stacking the right way to do it

This one’s pure garbage

Trash. No rapport at all.

Sure, it's easy to reply quickly with a "not interested", but this is a turnoff for me as an approach.

SDRs apparently use it as the final email in their sequence. A “breakup email”. A breakup with a stranger who hasn’t ever even acknowledged their existence. JFC

I actually don't think this is God awful as it does provide closure. But yeah, "you don't know me fella"

We use something similar for our inbound leads and we get a good response. Yes, you cannot send it to someone who you don’t know and vice versa.

Hey @Gasty - I think you might need to re-upload this example image, as it won't display for me (tried on multiple browsers)
