Inbound incorrectly routed this deal to the wrong AE - they handled disco and did a pretty mediocre job before scheduling a demo and then looping me in.
I used the demo time slot to do a bit more discovery hone in some security and compliance concerns and then immediately use those on the same call with our demo. We highlighted some key solutions the tool offers and they were pleased.
All in all, this closed about 5 days after i took over the reigns
