First, acknowledge that everyone does, in fact, have legs. Then? It all sort of depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. A bit more context maybe?

Ice breakers
- Worst cold call you've ever heard - funniest interaction with a prospect - You get the idea
Pull open a call and listen live to it, could be one of yours and or one from a rep not on the team you're meeting and talk about what you like or don't like.

2 hours is a very short time especially if the team has not gotten together in 6-months.
Why was this meeting set?
Have you asked the team what they want to cover?
If you more general regular team meetings virtually. I would keep this social.

Get them a few drinks.

Oh, it's in the middle of a QBR? Great, do it anyway and become a legend.

Nothing helps a scattered group of people get together quickly like drinks and some funny story of something one idiot did while too drunk. It's a rallying point, something to build off of.

Plus, if it's been 6 months, they probably want to blow off some steam and just hang out together without other obligations.

That's great! For a productive huddle, start by setting clear objectives and goals for the session. Encourage open communication, share success stories, and discuss any challenges faced. Also, consider team-building activities to strengthen bonds. Remember to keep the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. Good luck with your session!
