Sales jobs in the Arts

Long shot here, so you might just laugh at me and move on, but the notes are below.

  • Current job is sucking the life out of me, and I am underpaid.
  • Got a sweet ass resume and tried a bunch, but most interviews fizzled out, one told me they would get back to me by Q1 - but it seems like a risk to wait for it.
  • Finally did some soul searching and I come from years in film/tv/theater but never pursued it as a job.

My question is for recommendations as to sales mashups in the arts? - theater/broadway/film

hahah love the image.
In my experience "life changing residuals" are always a marketing tactic and never really something that is possible

Try cut an pasting the picture into your post instead of attaching - many of us are wary of clicking links.

Not sure about arts-related sales but I'm curious about the image.

All I could think of off the top of my head is playbill sponsors. I'll have to noodle on this a bit more.

@GeneralCorp- looks like you are in the digital arts but I would love to network and see if there is opportunity here. Plus a free coffee/ pizza - and isn't that the reason we are all in this anyways?

There are salespeople in fine art that make millions. Not sure how you get into that though
