I haven't done anything out of the ordinary. I try to read a book a month, make sure all of my 1:1s have coaching/areas of improvement, and I actually do the LMS training compared to hitting skip until the end

a investment i have made is to understand my industry I sell to really well. This has made be a better sales person and viewed as more of an industry expert than just another sales person.

also use the search bar to see what others think about courses and mentors.

Mostly just reading, though I've been slacking off in that regard lately.

Management courses, is what in my opinion will allow you to rise to better positions, sales experience is important, but for a company knowing that you know how to manage personnel, how to manage and deliver reports makes you more valuable in positions of greater authority ( which are usually better payments hehe)

Books, audios, and listening to those that are better than me in my office to benchmark. Always, always, always network.

I just read books, look out for cool LinkedIn courses because I find them cool.
I listen to different calls of different reps in my company.
I think that's all. Books mainly though.

There's tons of content for free all over, on any topic you can think of. Improving sales process? Prospecting? Closing? Just do a search on Google or Bravado Academy, or YT and you can find stuff.

Personally, I find that sometimes the things that are hardest are the macro points. I spend a lot of time digging through annual reports, not necessarily every gritty number, but rather more the spirit of what they are trying to convey. My career has been B2B SaaS sales, and being tuned in to the pulse which 10k's and quarterly filings provide has always helped. I know exactly what tone to take with customers, where the bodies are buried, where to get their attention, etc.
