Sequence me

Anyone have any metrics on the number of touches in a sequence / cadence to do before the prospect either answers the phone, responds or shuts you down by "opting out"?

Some say 4, some say 8 or more...what has been the best "send" "wait" "send" time periods?

You need to feel out some of the wait times, calls without VMs can be pounded back to back and calling after an email has recently hit an inbox is a great opener too.

I highly recommend having an exit sequence (after a delayed 2nd or 3rd cadence with time in between) too that basically says, "hey you didn't repond to my shit, is it b/c your too good for it or just don't care" something that merits some sort of response even if just confirming why they ghosted you to possibly start a convo or confirm they are dead to you.

4 emails, 4 calls, a LinkedIn request in between is always a great start (assuming you are sequencing more than one contact at a company)

Do you put prospects in a sequence post-demo?
