Mojitos, margaritas, mules, Tom collins are among my favorite cocktails. Tom collins became a recent fav of mine after I stumbled upon one at a nearby bar. Have found that some bars make it w sugar and/or lemonade while others will just opt for just seltzer. Def prefer the more sugary one…
