Shittiest KPI plan ever

In my case, I have worked in a prestiged company coming up with 100+ cold calls and 50 emails per day simultaneously. While maximum outreaches help you with more connectivity/booking ratio as an SDR, coping up with such stats is directly impacting on mental health.

What'd y'all think?

What should be ideal dials/emails expected from an SDR / BDR / AE?

We don't have KPIs for our outbound BDRs. I would rather they dial with a purpose than dial to hit some arbitrary number.

50 minimum by noon. Hopefully have enough in your pipe for the day to organise meets, demos and close.

Personal goal of mine was 100 a day. It's do able.

SDR/BDRs responsible only for setting meetings should have higher dials/emails than an AE who is working on a myriad of other tasks.

SDR/BDR I'd say minimum of 75 calls per day, no minimum on email - just use it as needed.

AE I wouldn't put a minimum on calls/emails made as it really depends on where the rep's pipeline is at. If I have too many accounts to work on I'm not going to be making a bunch of calls to book new appointments.ย

It 100% depends on the type of sales you do. In my org and the product we offer and the customers we service there isn't any reason our reps should be making less than 100 calls a day. Typically they range from 110 - 150.ย

We don't really track the number of emails because that just comes natural as deals / opportunities progress.

I've never worked at an org with KPI's for calls or emails. The motto's always been, do your best, produce results and no one will hound you to do anything. I'm a big fan of the freedom
