Some insight on how to customize my portfolio

Good Afternoon Savages,

I just got on Bravado and I am in the market for a new Sales job.

I know I'm a great salesman and I'm built for it, but my current company has done nothing but stifle my abilities(like making me pay for my own gas for in person cold calls, and now switching us to inside sales only, when my strengths are definitely in person).

I'm trying to put together my portfolio on here to find a new opportunity, and it's asking me about quotas, what % of quota I achieved, etc... I am not quite sure how to answer these, as my company doesn't really have a quota? We are a hospitality start up and our service is free to the customer. I signed up the most places last year, but I'm not sure how to make sure the recruiters potentially checking out my Bravado portfolio know that what I've been selling is free, and that we haven't had a legit quota to hit. Any tips on conveying that?

we arenโ€™t profitable at the moment lol, the places I signed up last year mostly fell through the cracks in customer success. I picked up additional responsibilities doing that as well as of this year.

Simply mention on your portfolio what you have just stated in this post and hopefully your application to be considered at the soonest.
Make sure to focus on your skills, experiences and what difference you can make once getting hired.
Best of luck friend and Welcome to the War Room!

If you're looking for more in-person cold calling (and to be compensated for your mileage) I could point you in the direction of a company hiring for a position like that. Where are you located? (Feel free to DM)

I would also note testimonials of past experiences with your clients. That is one of the most organic ways to start getting seen. Reputation is definitely the hardest yet more rewarding to build.
