Stock options get talked about alot in the War Room. there are a ton of threads on it.

But I wanted to share a link to a Podcast with Ryan Walsh (CEO of RepVue) and Chris Walker from Refine Labs

They talk about how to handle Stock options and shit we should all know.

ALSO i just saw on linked In that Richard Harris, Collin Cadmus and and Scott Leese are doing an event on stock options as well.

That, among other things. On Monday we’re exercising a few dozen million options for clients at Rivian and other companies. We’ve been working with them a few weeks in order to be well organized when blackout periods end and to reinvest into an aggressive allocation model while drastically reducing their concentration risk. We have an in house CPA who handles the NQSO and RSU tax work for them.

hm this is super interesting. with the company i was at last (publicly traded large org)

I had ISO and RSUs. when it comes to RSUs they handle all the tax upfront. through eTrade i believe.

what would you do for orgs like that? or do you focus on mainly smaller companies that dont have an established program?
