Outbound is about 3 things:

1) Have the right data (ICPs and Persona)
2) Create the right messaging (relevant to the ICP and persona)
3) Deliver in the right manner (cold calls / emails / GIFs/ videos / linkedIn)

Your email needs to be relevant first of all, which means you need to be reaching out to the right person. It should also be personalized and concise. Short three sentence emails are my winners. It should take less than 50 seconds for them to read it and in that you should identify the pain point, then get their interest.

Steps for winning the cold email lead gen game

1. Build the ICP(be very clear about the avatar you are targeting)

2. List building(use the tools like apollo, LI sales nav, etc.)

3. Segment the list into A, B and C( A list are a most high-value prospect and you need to take at least 15 to 30 mins about researching them and writing email copies manually, For B list you should invest 5 to 10 mins per prospect and add personalization according to batches, for c list you should only give 1 min per prospect and use AI for personalization at scale)

4. Email copies and sequence( do your research to find pain points to write killer copies).

5. Test(AB test the campaign and tweak the offer, messaging, and angle from the feedback you got from the first sequence )
