I posted last week about having job offers and how to leverage them.

Well, I was able to negotiate one of the offers to 100/100 with a 10k signing bonus to offset some deals closing over the next month that I'll be missing for leaving my company. 

They really liked me and created a custom package for me - yes, I’m frustrated I got a low ball offer to start (70/70) but they valued me and took my first offer.
