That ๐Ÿ“ง outreach process tho...

It's gutsy to ask for someones time in a cold outreach, so I am curious to know how people approach it.


It would be great to hear how the community goes about not only asking for the time of the Buyer, Champions, Influences, Researchers, etc... but also to hear why you have the approach you do.

It varies for me. I change it up through the course of the cadence, from asking for their availability to proposing specific times.

CTA is something that is often overlooked and should be rotated pretty regularly in your outbound prospecting.ย  Different prospects are going to resonate with all of the different CTA's above, so if you only use one of them regularly, you'll only be speaking to a fraction of the prospecting audiences preference.ย

Well, you don't "know" -ย  but you mix them up as you continue to prospect into the same contact, ensuring you give yourself the highest propensity to use a CTA that resonates with your prospect.ย
