These companies don’t know wtf they want.

It is beyond ridiculous that companies will waste your time on interviews knowing they have someone else in mind. The audacity to have 3 or more fucking interviews over a 2 weeks span is nauseating. Then once they've made their shit decision, there's no follow-up from the hiring manager/recruiter. I'm surprised no one has gone postal on these people.
