That is a Zero Tolerance Behavior for sure at my company and I guess at any other company would never appreciate this practice and may lead to immediate termination to the employee who would do that and a full investigation to be done on the spot with him and may call his manager to it to witness if that was his common attitude of him dealing prospects this way in general or only at this case.
Yeah for sure. I would fire the shit out of him. I don't need a regulator sending me availability requests because some jr wants to ruin his own future.
