I take a shitload of antihistamine the night before the meeting. I end up asleep at 9 PM but wake up feeling refreshed and symptom free.

Head to an acupuncturist and get that shit fixed up. I go once a year in April for 2-3 sessions and I barely sneeze through the shitting pollen season up here in New England.

Allergy shots.. They're a gamechanger. I used to be allergic to cats, now I have 2 and haven't taken an antihistamine in like 4 years.

Likely covered by insurance while OTC remedies aren't.
