What is up savages - I have a panel interview tomorrow. One of them is a VP of Product. I've got a few questions for him already but curious to hear what else you would ask him. Company is still fairly small - under 200 employees but with a lot potential, new disruptive product that is generating a lot of interest in the market.
Some I've come up with so far:
In your interviews you’ve highlighted the importance to make the Enterprise product differentiated from the free/ open-source version. Do you think that has been successful so far for SMB/MM customers?
What is your team’s process for evaluating and actioning on customer feedback/requests? How do you and the team address friction that can occur when sales/customers feature requests don’t completely align with your team’s strategic vision?
In a similar vein - how are you managing what SMB/MM customers are looking for long-term in the product vs large enterprise customers?
