I would recommend putting more info on running a efficient process, personas you sell to, and % outbound.

Given majority (at least from what I have seen) of the roles being 100% outbound, I can see that being a big add when an employer is looking for candidates

Great points, Kosta.
As @antiASKHOLE said, I think we need to wait for more specific insights from G./

One thing that might separate you against all others may be the way you describes the skill set or frame of mind which allow you to increase your proformance in order for you to achieve you quotas.

Ex- instead of having just numbers on your portfolio like achieve 65% of quotas. Write down how or what skill set you used to increase your % to 80% by increasing the number of cold call you made each quarter, whether it be 15 or 25%.

So it might look like this: I was on course to achieve 65% of my YTD quota but by increasing my out bound call by 15 to 25% each quarter I was able to achieve 80% of my TYD quota. Consistent quarterly review of my objectives as well as my standings allow me to make the necessary adjuments I needed in to achieve my company objectives.

Hope this helps, Just a thought. All the best.👍👍

If you’re making good money in your full time role then why the hell do you want to give up your personal time to help another company as a BDR?

Many reasons:

#1: The tech market continues to be unstable and as such, having alternative options that are on demand is important.

#2: Sales is a skill. The worst thing you can do for a skill is say “it’s going well so why bother continuing to grow.”

#3: There will always be more flexibility and ownership as a fractional resource than being part of a larger collective.

#4: A consistent problem with sales leadership today is the lack of sales leaders who have carried a bag or tried to develop business in a decade.

Flex feels like a fantastic way to make a little extra cash, continue building my skill set, and add more context to my background which I’ll use to empathize and lead others someday.

Not my point. You have free time for YOU to recover and enjoy life. Why give that precious time away?

I guess I could do some push-ups?

I’m an avid reader so maybe I can read more?

Someday I’ll find time to get out into the sun from all these years of toil.

I think you think that personal recovery time is a joke. The break that came for me is likely to come for you if you don’t let yourself recharge. Yet, I’m not the boss of you—make your choices as you may.

it probably driven by financial gain. However, I would always see this as a risk. Especially for burnout

Besides your experience not too sure, I haven’t heard anyone having luck with it. I’ve gotten 2 matches one I never heard anything back after saying I was interested the other messaged me back saying they filled the role already
