Webinars?

Bravados!

How do you handle your webinar signups (After the webinar).

Do you just reach out to new leads like lions and lionesses or do you have an approach. What's your favourite?

Like a WebEx with you your specialist and the client or a big generic WebEx?

Whenever a lead is signed up, I then try to join the call also to know if they joined and to know what the benefits of x products they have been told.

I then try to quote the webinar on some of the benefits and get their thoughts on the product.

I definitely move them up on the priority list a call them more often than others

Absolutely reach out after the webinar. As Kosta says, best to know what the webinar was about so you can discuss key points.

I can usually scale to send individual emails to attendees first, then follow up with those who didn't make it, ask if they want to connect directly to review the content (hint, it's really a discovery call).

Unfortunately, marketing takes it from there. And the only thing worse than marketing, is outsourced SDRs

I would reach out one or two times MAX and the message is pretty straight forward something like:

Hey____ I saw you joined our webinar on ____. Many times people are looking to learn more about A,B,C at this point.

Is that you? If so let me know and Id be happy to connect and share more info on that.

thanks

if they dont respond i leave them alone.

because singing up for a webinar is NOT a buying signal.

Follow up sharing some kind of collateral. Then track and segment from their actions.

I did, in my initial company. It was fun. I used to get hell lot of conversations or conversions from these leads. I always looked at them as my soft spot, hot leads for sure!

Of course there's an approach....reach out like you're king of the jungle. Also, be strategic, cautious and get a meeting.
