My son. I thought I was motivated before but not like I was after having him. I was already management when I had him so I thought I was nearing my peak. When I had him I realized I didn’t care about the management tier anymore and only cared about making as much money as possible to enable us to do things together when he was older. He’s 9 now and I’m an IC that has the time to take him to and pick him up from school. Make all the practices and games. Play video games with nearly every night. We go camping and fishing when we’re not gaming. See movies, watch anime, etc. it’s important to me now because I know it’s almost over. He’ll be grown soon and college looms. The time for me to blast thru calls is now.
