What is the Commission standard for Warm Introductions in B2B Tech Sales as a side hustle

As a B2B IT tech software sales rep, what is the typical commission percentage for a warm introduction that leads to a successful sale? I have an opportunity to introduce a tech startup to my existing customer in manufacturing space. Software license cost on average can be from 25k -150K.

Without any context, I`d say a 10% finders fee maybe?

This sounds like a conflict of interest, but I'd consider this a low-lift intro and the take rate is somewhere between 5-10% of first-year revenue or TCV, however your client prices.

Need just a bit more details; what's the market vertical you would be doing this for?

Thanks.

I'd argue for a 2.5% finder's fee, especially with that basket size. Paid whether deal closes or not.

Not sure what you mean. Is this something you're doing, or have seen, or have been offered?

This is a current customer of your current employer?

I'm not sure if this is a conflict of interest or violates any of your company rules (check) but might have a finder's fee if it works. Not sure how your employer will feel about you tapping your company's customer list/db to broker introductions on the side, though.

We offered 7% finder's fee of net license fee for warm intros to customers in manufacturing and logistics. The finders fee was only paid if the deal gets closed. This was usually 1-2 years after the intro and contractually agreed.
