That question is such a shit test.

Its always a question that's not typical. I go tripped up big once I got asked, "What leadership activities did I do in college" when I was a couple years out. I completely forgot about everything I did
I've had moments where I have completely blanked. I remember for an internship at a hospitality company, they asked me to explain an economic concept and I literally couldn't think of one. As if I never heard of supply and demand before haha.
When they ask to do free work for them like a proposal, presentation, etc.
What does success look like to you?
"where do you see your self in 5 years from now"
I got this once when interviewing for a promotion and, I shit you not, I said โnot hereโ and still got the job. ๐
Talking through a stint of poor performance... I learned so much from it and there were a lot of external factors, but at the end of the day, I still underperformed.

Haha!! Thatโs always a tough question to answer as you need to try to put a positive spin on it. IMO they are looking for a sense of humility. Everyone makes mistakes. Owning up to a flaw โ that you have since worked on and improved upon, is probably a great response.
I always give them something and say how I am working on it. To get more in depth, you will need to be my therapist.

I got a little tripped up on โwhat would your current colleagues say about youโโฆ dude idfk I donโt like any of them so theyโd probably tell you Iโm a real asshole but really most of them are dumb as shit.
I used to get tripped up by "tell me about yourself". But like any question, just takes prep to know how you want to answer!
