What's some interesting ways that you're looking to utilise your remote work lifestyle?

Hi everyone, curious to hear what kind of lifestyle apart from the work from home that everyone is doing.

I just booked tickets to Thailand for my girlfriend and I to go in March, we're gonna stay 6 months initially. I'm sorting us on education visas Via Muay Thai training in Chiang Mai.

With this new setup i'll be saving a lot more money due to cost of living, and training in a Muay Thai camp in Thailand. I'm hoping this will be great for weight loss, disconnecting from electronics and discipline.

Keen to hear other peoples idea's of remote work.

Damn that experience sounds like it's gonna be too much fun. While I am remote, I do have to remain within my territory. You're so lucky.

Same. I've known multiple few people who moved away to rent ski houses for the winter.

This sounds awesome. Time difference would be pretty difficult for me personally I think. We just had our first kid and are wanting more - not sure the digital nomad lifestyle is for us anymore.
But to everyone that CAN do it and take advantage of this new remote work boom thatโ€™s come about, DO IT! But also set yourself up for the future financially too.

Sounds awesome! Mostly I'm just enjoying comfy clothes, chilling with my dog, and deeply appreciating not commuting.ย

I used to commute an hour and a half in each direction to get bitched at by Deborah. Now I can take care of my own and put her on mute whenever needed.

I looked into living in Mexico for a few months last year, but couldnโ€™t make it happen. The time difference wasnโ€™t a factor and I was looking for something different since all travel at my company was banned.
Thailand would be hard for due to the time difference to the US, but quite the adventure. Hope it works out for you.

Two remote positions at once nets me a super tasty base. By moving to Poland, my maplebux get roughly a 3x in buying power. The time difference is gonna be great aswell
